Town Planner & Senior Planner

We are seeking a Planning Consultant & Senior Planner to join our clients growing team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be involved in: * Preparing and submitting planning applications (all types) * Local Development Plan (LDP) representations * Expert witness work * Developing planning guidance and strategies * Community and stakeholder engagement * Handling appeals and discharge of conditions * Conservation and listed building consents * Site appraisals and feasibility studies You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects deliver positive outcomes for communities and clients alike. You will have a planning qualification (or similar) and hold pre-existing planning experience from either the public or private sectors.
