- Technology Deployment & Automation
Lead the deployment of innovative digital systems and automation solutions that enhance project and programme management capability. You will design and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making. - Solution Design, Configuration & Integration
Take a hands-on role in the configuration, integration, and rollout of cutting-edge technology solutions. This includes building custom applications, automating workflows, and enabling robust data insights through the Microsoft Power Platform and associated tools. - Technology Adoption & Change Enablement
Champion the adoption of new technologies across the UK, ensuring solutions are embedded effectively and deliver tangible benefits. You will support teams through change, driving engagement and maximising value from digital investments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with teams across multiple business units to share knowledge, promote best practice, and maintain awareness of emerging digital tools and innovations. Act as a connector between technical specialists and delivery teams. - Client Advisory & Enablement
Enable and support practitioners to confidently advise clients on the most appropriate technology solutions for their needs. You will help translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-focused outcomes for clients. - Innovation & Service Differentiation
Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Initiate and develop new digital approaches that differentiate our services and enhance the way we deliver projects and programmes. - Technical Leadership & Governance
Build strong relationships with technical leaders and subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with standards, security requirements, and quality expectations. Contribute to technical governance and assurance. - Standardisation & Best Practice
Advocate for consistency, standardisation, and best practices in the use of digital systems and tools. Help define reusable patterns, templates, and frameworks that improve efficiency and reduce duplication. - Digital Skills & Capability Development
Drive initiatives that enhance digital capability across the business, supporting skills development, learning pathways, and career progression. Act as a mentor and advocate for digital upskilling. - Global Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the global network, sharing insights, solutions, and lessons learned to accelerate innovation and consistency at scale.
- Construction Project & Programme Experience
Demonstrated experience or strong working knowledge of construction project delivery, project management, or project controls. This includes an understanding of planning, cost management, risk, change control, and performance reporting, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world project environments. - Process Transformation & Digital Enablement
Proven experience in driving process improvement and transformation, with a clear focus on digital and technology-led solutions. Comfortable challenging established ways of working, co-creating improved processes with teams, and embedding sustainable, scalable change. - Data Management & Systems Thinking
Strong technical aptitude in data management, including system integration, data preparation, validation, and governance. Able to think holistically about how data flows across systems and teams, enabling reliable, timely, and decision-ready information. - Data Visualisation & Insight Generation
