Picker packer
Role: Picker Packer
Location: Cardiff
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Pay: £12.21
We are looking for a Picker Packer to join our busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Feeding pallets into the bay for processing.
- Removing full pallets from the bay and transporting them to the warehouse for wrapping.
- Wrapping pallets securely for dispatch.
- Moving wrapped pallets to the goods-out area ready for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
