We're partnering with schools across Cardiff to support students who need additional guidance in the classroom. These are opportunities to gain hands-on experience working with young people, particularly those who benefit from structured, consistent, and empathetic support.

This isn't a typical classroom role. You'll be working closely with pupils who may:

• Feel anxious or overwhelmed in school environments

• Need help regulating emotions or behaviour

• Require additional support to stay engaged in learning

You'll play a key role in building trust, encouraging progress, and helping students feel more confident in their day-to-day school life.

You'll also gain exposure to a range of needs, including:

• ADHD

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

• Social, emotional and behavioural challenges

• Wider neurodiverse profiles

For Psychology graduates, this is a strong first step into careers such as:

• Educational or Clinical Psychology

• Child and Adolescent Mental Health

• Teaching or SEN support

• Youth and community work

• A Psychology degree (or similar)

• A calm, patient and understanding approach

• Strong communication and listening skills

• The ability to build positive relationships with young people

• A genuine interest in behaviour, learning, and development

• Weekly pay of £460

• Roles available across Cardiff

• Ongoing support throughout your placement

• Opportunities to move into longer-term or permanent roles
