Role Overview
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizations
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skills matching
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positions
- Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful permanent placements
- Strong networker with a proactive approach
- Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment process

Qualifications

- Recruitment or HR certification advantageous
