Senior Civil Technician – Cardiff
Salary Circa £40,000 We have the requirement for an experienced Civil Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working on mainly Residential schemes. You would need 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with Residential project experience under you belt – this person would take a lead role from concept through to construction. The role:- Highways and Drainage designs
- Producing site levels
- Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements
- Earthworks modelling (3D)
- Salary Circa £40,000
