Car Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership, is actively recruiting a talented New Car Sales Executive to join their successful team. This is a great chance to represent a top 6 franchise brand, offering substantial earning potential and clear career progression.

Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car OR £23,000 without
Uncapped OTE of £45,000+, with potential to exceed targets
30 days annual holiday, with bank holidays worked compensated with a day off in lieu

5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off each month
One in four Monday late shifts (starting at 10:30 AM and finishing at 8:00 PM)Duties as a New Car Sales Executive:

Selling a wide range of new vehicles, from compact city cars to large SUVs
Achieving and exceeding sales targets, typically around 20 units per week
Demonstrating vehicle features, warranties, service plans, and accessories to customers
Advising customers on finance, insurance, and extended warranties
Keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery times and updates
Resolving customer queries professionally and ensuring a seamless sales process
Collecting payments and completing all documentation for vehicle handover
Introducing customers to aftersales services and building lasting relationshipsRequirements:

Proven experience as a New Car Sales Executive or in vehicle sales, ideally with a background in new car sales
Strong customer-focused approach with excellent sales skills
Ability to work independently and utilise every sales opportunity
Full UK driving license with minimal points
Confident communicator capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele
Passionate about the automotive industry and driven to succeed
