What a Day Looks Like, What the Sales & Customer Service Role Involves:

• Engage with customers daily, representing clients' brands across three distinct campaigns: business-to-business, business-to-consumer (residential), and events.

• Our office operates Monday through to Saturday, with flexible working days. We require a commitment of at least four full days per week.

• Benefit from personalised coaching and mentoring to achieve both collective and individual targets. Follow company systems and processes to help you gain consistency and productivity.

• Attend team meet-ups and upskilling sessions to enhance productivity and drive sales.

What Our Clients Seek:

• Experience is valued but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive sales coaching and product training. Those with experience in Bar Staffing, Hospitality, Hotel jobs, Catering/Kitchen jobs, Restaurant/Chef/Food Service jobs, Bartender/ Barista jobs, Waitress/Waiter, Front of House, Reception/Concierge jobs, Events Coordinator jobs are desirable due to the skillsets they bring.

• Collaborative individuals who thrive both in a team environment and when working independently.

• A strong work ethic, honesty and enthusiasm for learning. The bar is set high when it comes to customer satisfaction/service, the first impression needs to be a positive one!

• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine passion for having great conversation.

• Uncapped earnings averaging to start at £450-£550 per week and grow with knowledge and experience after the first few weeks. As a subcontracted role with commission-based income only, your earnings are expected to grow as you gain experience.

• Flexible working structure (Monday-Saturday), with a preference for applicants available at least four full days a week.
