Contact Centre Advisor - Working from Home
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Working Pattern: Full Time - Shifts between 7am and 7pm
Location: Working from Home What You'll Do: Provide first-rate service through inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.
Assist customers via Digital Mail Service and Web Chat.
Update systems while handling sensitive customer data.
Guide customers to the right resources and escalate inquiries as needed.
Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact, utilising your excellent communication skills.What We're Looking For: Strong customer service background (inbound/outbound) with excellent communication skills
Previous remote working experience with a suitable environment to work from
Call‑centre experience in a fast‑paced environment
Confident IT skills, particularly being able to navigate multiple systems
