- Share-option schemes and joint ventures Cross-border transactions
- Leading and managing corporate transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Handling due diligence, deal structuring, and legal completion processes
- Drafting and negotiating complex corporate documentation with minimal supervision
- Acting as a trusted advisor, translating legal risk into practical commercial advice
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client pitches and proposals
- Managing multiple live transactions in a fast-paced, high-quality deal environment
- Supporting senior leadership with proactive project coordination and progress updates
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 2-6+ PQE with strong corporate experience
- Proven track record in M&A, business sales, shareholder agreements, restructures, and due diligence
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex corporate documentation
- Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident working with business owners and stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions and tight deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
