Temp to Perm Management Accountant

My client has created a new role as Management Accountant to help with their growth and to develop a Business Partnering approach to finance. Reporting to the Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be responsible for- Managing a range of areas within the business
- Preparing monthly Management Accounts and produce high level reports for the
- Act as the Finance Business Partner for Operations Directors in the Business.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision -making.
- Manage and process month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Develop reports using Power Bi
