- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate Early Years lessons
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom
- Support children's social, emotional, and academic progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families
- Contribute to the school's positive, community-focused ethos
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong understanding of Early Years practice and child development
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to strong relationships with families and the wider community
- Supportive schools that care about your wellbeing and development

- A dedicated consultant to support and advise you throughout your role
