About the Role

As a Structural Revit Technician / RC Detailer, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality BIM models and detailed structural drawings for a wide range of building structure projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and wider project teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of design information.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Producing detailed 3D models using Revit and 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD for a variety of building structures.
Preparing and detailing reinforced concrete (RC) drawings, schedules, and general arrangements.
Working collaboratively with structural engineers to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
Coordinating models with architectural and MEP teams, ensuring clash-free design outputs.
Maintaining drawing standards, templates, and BIM protocols in line with company and industry standards.
Assisting in the development of project documentation and contributing to design reviews.
Supporting junior technicians where required and playing an active role within the design team.
Key Projects You’ll Be Involved In

RC‑framed multi‑storey developments (hotels, residential, student accommodation)
National out‑of‑town retail schemes
Custodial and secure government-led projects
Commercial and mixed‑use schemes
Major hospital developments and extension programmes

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD within a structural consultancy environment.
Proven reinforced concrete detailing experience (RC detailing & scheduling).
Understanding of BIM processes and common data environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and wider design teams.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
