Part Time Reservations Agent (24 Hours)

Pay: Up To £13.00 per hour

Job Description:

Are you a desk junkie that loves to be surrounded by organised paperwork..? The role of Reservations Agent is heavily administrative-based, requiring the successful candidate to effectively and efficiently deal with day-to-day enquiries, updating systems and taking payments for bookings alongside providing an outstanding customer experience reflecting brand and company standards.

Key responsibilities of our Reservations Agent :

- Ensuring all charges are raised and paid for following established procedures

- Upselling bedroom types & other hotel services at every opportunity, ensuring accuracy of details on all reservations

- Developing and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues & clients

- Dealing with any guest feedback or requests in a professional and efficient way

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Previous experience of PMS i.e. Opera

- Organisational skills based around administration

- Excellent time management and communication skills

- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

- Fluent English both verbally and written
