Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Attractive rota - Cardiff
We have a rare opportunity for a dedicated Vet Surgeon to join a rewarding practice situated in South Wales as a Senior vet.
An exciting role that offers Vets an environment where they can fulfill their potential and receive full support throughout their time at practice.
You:
We are looking for someone who is ready for a challenge. This is a fast-paced environment with a varied caseload with no two days being the same!
You will be utilised in providing excellent care on a surgical and consulting level.
In a Senior Role, you will you will lead and inspire your team members. You will manage day-to-day operations and oversee clinical governance.
You will also support with budgeting for treatments and ensuring financial sustainability.
Hours:
This is a full-time role covering 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday with a incredibly flexible weekend rota with no OOHs. For weekends work you will receive TOIL.

You will be joining a strong team of Vets, RVN's and a dedicated support team to ensure smooth operations at practice.
The team holds a variety of interests and further qualifications making this an incredibly great place to work for further clinical development and opportunities to learn from others.

The practice:
Facilities/services included within this spacious and modern site include but aren't limited to routine and emergency treatment, x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, orthopaedics services and more!
Due to the excellent facilities and services available, you will be able to work cases to the highest standard. With the opportunities to build up cases alongside a varied caseload, your development will reach a new level.
