Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Secondary Welsh-Speaking Cover Supervisor, who demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and nurturing approach. You will work collaboratively with a progressive team to deliver a distinctive curriculum that fosters a love of learning and maintains high expectations for all pupils. Essential Qualifications and Skills Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential). PGCE or PCET qualifications are also accepted. Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities. Proactive and outgoing attitude. Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations. Understanding of planning and assessment requirements.
