Job Title - Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location – Cardiff, South Wales

Salary - 30k - 43k + Company vehicle + competitive package

We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, to join a respected and professional Asbestos outfit. The company can regional work across a portfolio of commercial and industrial contracts. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within the industry, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical tasks.

Contracts will be concentrated across the South Wales and South West area, with consideration being given to candidates from, Cardiff, Newport, Pontypridd, Bridgend, Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Bristol, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon, Bath, Chippenham, Trowbridge and the surrounding areas.

Experience / Qualifications:

- P402, P403 & P404 BOHS or RSPH Equivalent will be required

- Experience undertaking Asbestos Surveys and Analytical duties, across a mixed portfolio of sites

- Working knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines

- Excellent written and IT skills

- Professional manner

The Role:

- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys

- 4 Stage Clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, Reassurance, Visual, Re-occupation and Personal air testing

- Producing thorough reports for Clients

- Maintaining & building relationships with Clients, ensuring to deliver a professional standard of service
