Temporary | £70,000 per annumWe are working with an organisation based in Cardiff that require an immediately available senior accountant to act as the Finance Director. You will be a strategic thinker who can expertly produce quarterly reforecasts, deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting, and guide decision-making, and ensuring robust financial processes and controls are in place.
The job
- Oversee and manage the production of monthly management reporting
- Ensure financial systems and processes are fit for purpose
- Provide financial, legal and contractual support across the organisation
- Oversee preparation of annual budgets and analyse information reporting on findings
- Positively contribute to the strategic planning of the organisation
- Ensure the completion of statutory accounts
The person specification
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
- Strong team working skills
- Experience of working at a strategic level
Salary is c£70,000 pa.
