The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to play a key role on a large-scale, high-profile hotel project. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, installation, and delivery of building services, ensuring quality, compliance, and programme targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate all building services (MEP) activities on site

* Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is delivered to programme and quality standards

* Work closely with project managers, design teams, and commercial teams

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and building regulations

* Review technical drawings and specifications

* Drive programme and resolve any technical or coordination issues

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on large construction projects

* Strong understanding of MEP systems, with at least some mechanical bias

* Experience working on hotel, commercial, or large-scale developments preferred

* Excellent coordination and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors

* Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
