Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support clients in developing and maintaining their skills to enhance independence.
Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely to prevent falls and injuries.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create personalized care plans.
Monitor and record clients' progress, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
Encourage social interaction and support clients in engaging with their communities.
Adhere to safety and health regulations while ensuring the highest standards of care.
Requirements
Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.
Empathy and patience to understand the challenges faced by individuals in care.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to caregiving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is a plus. Hours Per Week: 36.00

Pay Per Hour: £14.59
