As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff
* Source, interview, and place education professionals into suitable roles
* Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
* Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
* Work towards targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage (but not essential)
* A genuine passion for education
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
