Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple product lines and customer requirements.
- Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
- Develop, coach, and inspire operational teams to deliver consistent performance and engagement.
- Manage complexity arising from frequent changeovers, varied product specifications, and customer demands.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Use operational data and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, and senior leadership to optimise operational outcomes
