HR Reporting Lead

- Leading the delivery of regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards
- Translating complex data requirements into clear, actionable insights
- Overseeing the reporting ticketing queue and ensuring timely resolution of queries
- Designing intuitive, accessible reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
- Adhering to data quality, governance, and privacy standards
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and automation in reporting processes
- Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting and data visualisation
- Supporting the development of reporting analysts and promoting best practices
- Proven experience in HR reporting and data visualisation using tools like Oracle HCM and Power BI
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data architecture, and integrations
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of data protection, GDPR, and governance principles
- Experience working with large datasets and automated reporting solutions
- Familiarity with Python, R, or AI/ML tools (desirable but not essential)

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions? We’re looking for a People Reporting Lead to join our Group HR – People Data & Insights team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of high-quality HR reporting and visualisation solutions that support our transformation journey and business strategy.
You’ll be working at the heart of our HR data operations, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting and champion data-informed decision making.
