Salary: Circa £75,000 + Package

The Opportunity

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a respected leisure-sector contractor delivering fast-paced refurbishments and new-build schemes across the UK. You’ll oversee a mix of live leisure, hospitality and accommodation projects, leading multiple teams while ensuring quality, programme and commercial performance.

If you enjoy variety, nationwide travel and working in an environment where no two days are the same, this is a fantastic role offering long-term stability and progression.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Managing 2–3 live projects at any one time.

*

Overseeing fast-track refurbishments and new-build schemes.

*

Supporting teams from pre-construction through to handover.

*

Ensuring H&S, quality and programme milestones are achieved.

*

Managing subcontractors, supply chain partners and site teams.

*

Liaising with clients and stakeholders on progress and delivery.

*

Producing reports and updates for the Operations Director.

*

Nationwide travel to sites as required.

About You

*

Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.

*

Strong background in leisure, hospitality, pubs, hotels or fast-track refurb work.

*

Able to manage several projects at once with tight deadlines.

*

Practical understanding of build processes, fit-out logistics and quality standards.

*

Confident communicator with strong leadership ability.

*

Longevity in previous roles is important (not a job-hopper).

*

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK.
