• Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Maintaining patient records

• Basic retainer salary of $180,000 & earning potential up to $350,000
• 40% - 42% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills and Qualifications

• New graduates or experienced dentists
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Willingness to relocate to Buderim, Queensland
• A true team player, open to collaboration and discussing cases with peers
• Keen to continue learning, growing, and practising at the forefront of dentistry
