Newly Qualified Commercial Solicitor

Are you a newly qualified Solicitor? We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Commercial Solicitor. St David Recruitment are working on behalf of a specialist property law Firm to recruit a Newly Qualified commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of commercial properties

* Handling transactions from instruction through to completion

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

* Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with current regulations

* Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships

Requirements:

* Newly qualified solicitor

* Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes

* Interest or experience in buy-to-let transactions

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
