We're looking for a Health & Safety Officer to join our team! Reporting to the Health and Safety Team Leader, you'll take the lead in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office-based work and the flexibility to work from home. You'll be focused on delivering remote health & safety support to clients who use our digital support packages-helping them stay safe, compliant, and confident in their day-to-day operations. What that means day to day
- Provide digital H&S Consultancy support such as SSIP application support, creation of policies and RAMS, Accident investigations, tender document guidance, COSHH creation & general H&S advice by phone, email, and digital call channels such as Teams and Skype.
- Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of dedicated clients.
- Ability to Demo and educate customers on the Safeworkforce software offering
- Participate and support business improvement by participating in technical input to proposals / quotations, development plans and service improvements
- A response to your application within 15 working days
- An interview process consisting of:
- An initial discovery call with the recruiter
- A first stage interview via Microsoft Teams
- Additional interview (likely face to face) with the stakeholders you'll be working with closely in the role
