Location: Cardiff/Remote
Reports to: Operations Director
Role Overview:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers to introduce and promote our insurance premium plans. This role involves active solicitation and fostering customer relationships to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Proactively approach and engage individuals and businesses to present our insurance premium offerings.
- Identify and generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and community networking.
- Product Promotion:
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our insurance plans to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information to build trust.
- Sales Goals:
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities and sales performance.
- Submit reports to the manager as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Renumeration:
This role is commission-based, with earnings directly linked to the number of successful customer sign-ups.
