Looking to get underfloor drainage run from my shower for an upcoming renovation. Floor is currently tiled with concrete beneath. don't worry about damage to the tiles as they will be coming up with the renovation anyway. shower is currently raised, but due to the low slanted ceiling, looking to get it at ground level and therefore would require underground waste.
