Demolition Site Manager

About the Role

Our client is a well-established Demolition contractor who are part of a Group of companies making them a market leader within Civil engineering & Demolition in South Wales. Due to securing several mullti-million pound contracts across South Wales, they have a need for a Demolition site Manager to oversee a portfolio of demolition Projects.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing Demolition sites across South Wales with a proven background in Demolition Site management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Demolition professional with strong leadership and technical knowledge in demolition operations to join a reputable and growing Demolition business.

Requirements:

• Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential)
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification
• Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high- profile sites
• Strong knowledge of Demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination
• Ability to lead Demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, Demolition engineers, and Demolition site operatives
