The Role

The successful candidate will join a collaborative finance team, supporting core financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assisting with month-end close and reporting activities
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial data across finance systems
• Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners

Candidate Profile

Essential

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or a related discipline
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within finance

Desirable

• Previous internship, placement, or finance-related experience
• Exposure to accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, NetSuite)
• Interest in fintech, digital finance, or data-driven environments
