Location: Cardiff

Salary: £32-38,000

A well regarded and design led architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over five decades of delivering high quality and sustainable projects across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for producing commercially driven and user focused design solutions. The team works across architecture, urban design and masterplanning, with a portfolio spanning mixed use, retail, leisure, residential and workplace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities for the Architect:
* Lead and contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages
* Develop design proposals from concept through to technical delivery
* Produce and review detailed drawing packages and construction information
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations
* Attend and lead project meetings, presentations and site visits

The successful Architect will have:
* ARB registered Architect with a recognised qualification
* Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Strong design and technical skills across all project stages
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
* Proficiency in Revit, with Adobe Creative Suite skills beneficial
* Clear communication skills with a collaborative and organised approach
