- Produce fast-turnaround reactive clips responding to Scottish political developments and media moments.
- Create campaign adverts, promotional videos, and fundraising content.

- Work closely with the social media and campaign teams to ensure message discipline and maximum impact.
Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Basic motion graphics capability (After Effects or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong instinct for pacing, narrative framing and attention retention.
- Understanding of social platform algorithms and short-form content optimisation.
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, politically charged environment.
- A strong commitment to the values and mission of Reform UK.
This is a hands-on role with direct impact on Reform UK Wales’ growth, reach and electoral success.
