Now, g2 Cardiff are hiring - we are looking for ambitious graduates to join our City Centre office. Our Cardiff team is managed by Adam Walsh, one of g2's top billers, and focuses on recruitment within the European Engineering industry. The team place top-tier talent to support on major Data Centre and Mission-Critical Projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Sourcing and headhunting top candidates

* Building and managing your own client portfolio

* Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates

* Negotiating offers and closing deals

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement

What we're looking for:

What's in it for you:

* Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+

* Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

Location:

Cardiff City Centre - CF10 3FD (must live within a commutable distance from the office)

Interview Process:

* 1st stage: Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team

* 2nd stage: Teams call

* 3rd stage: Face-to-face interview in the Cardiff office - this will likely be a 1-1 interview with Adam Walsh (Head of DACH Engineering) or a dynamic Assessment Centre day with the hiring team!
