Veterinary Surgeon - Cardiff
I am currently working with a really progressive independent practice in Cardiff who are seeking an additional Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team.
The practice offer a really supportive environment, giving you real clinical autonomy, in a practice where decisions are made by vets, not by spreadsheets. They are really supportive of team well-being and offer a 40 hour week, with a fair share of weekends on rota.
In return, the practice can offer a generous salary, gym membership, 5 days CPD leave & £2000 allowance, as well as time to practice high-quality, thoughtful medicine with no rushing and no pressure. The practice are ideally seeking a confident all-rounder who is happy with sole charge as required.
