With a mature, collaborative, friendly environment, consultants are supported to manage their desk as they see fit with no strict KPI’s and in time the flexibility to work from the office and at home to suit their personal circumstances. This business stays ahead of competitors as their consultants have long standing relationships with clients and a genuine understanding of their markets.

The Role

You will be building your own desk. All sectors considered. There will obviously be an emphasis on sales and business development to begin with, you will focus on building your reputation within the market to create lasting partnerships with clients.

About You

• You will have over 2 years 360 recruitment experience with proven billings. £150K +
• A drive to succeed and a good sense of humour!
• If you have ambitions to grow a team, great. If you prefer to work alone, no problem.
