Estimator / Senior Estimator – The Company

Projects are typically refurbishments, delivered at pace, with a professional and well-organised approach to tendering and delivery.
Estimator / Senior Estimator – The Role
An excellent opportunity for an Estimator or Senior Estimator from a main contracting background to take ownership of tenders across fast-track refurbishment projects.
You’ll be responsible for pricing works from first principles, managing subcontractor enquiries, analysing returns, and working closely with the wider pre-construction and delivery teams to secure work.
Conquest experience would be useful but is not essential – strong main contracting estimating experience is the key requirement.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing detailed cost plans and tender submissions
* Producing competitive, accurate estimates from drawings and specifications
* Managing subcontractor packages and tender returns
* Value engineering and cost optimisation
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Supporting bid strategy and handover into delivery
About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a main contractor
* Background in refurbishment / interiors or fast-track projects
* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working at pace without sacrificing accuracy
* Conquest experience beneficial but not essential
