What you'll be doing
  • Managing a diverse caseload of retained commercial clients
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Producing clear, commercially focused documents including risk reports, contract summaries, and templates
  • Advising on and negotiating complex agreements
  • Collaborating across legal, finance, and tax teams for joined-up advisory support
  • Managing multiple deadlines across concurrent matters
  • Supporting wider commercial initiatives and business development
Essential Experience

You will have strong general commercial contract knowledge and the ability to 'hit the ground running' with minimal supervision.

You must have experience drafting and negotiating:
  • SaaS and cloud contracts
  • Software licence agreements
  • Distribution, reseller, and supply agreements
  • Sale of goods and services contracts
  • Consultancy and franchise agreements
Supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
