✅ Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (school-based experience essential)
*
Relevant qualifications (Makaton, Team Teach, or similar desirable)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
*
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Working in Cardiff, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You will be confident in managing classroom behaviour, supporting SEN needs, and adapting to different learning styles.
