The Role

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time, while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll across the organisation
• Calculate salaries, overtime, and statutory deductions (PAYE, NI, pensions)
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
• Respond to payroll queries with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation
• Support reporting and audit processes

About You

• Experience in payroll, finance, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
• Good understanding of UK payroll processes
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• A team player who values a positive working environment
