Vehicle Technician
Guaranteed team-based bonus of £300 per month
Overtime paid at time and a half

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 4/5 Saturday mornings (8:30am-12:30pm) paid at time and a halfDuties: Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Communicate vehicle condition issues, safety concerns, and potential performance enhancements to the Workshop Controller
Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards
Adhere to all safety procedures and workshop protocols
Maintain high levels of workmanship and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentRequirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership environment
UK driving licence with minimal points
Active MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential
Strong team player with a methodical and organised approach to workload
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Ability to work independently when required
