The Team You will be a cornerstone of a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary medical unit at sea. Clinical governance is provided by an onboard Lead British Doctor . Your daily practice will involve seamless collaboration with dedicated Physiotherapists and an elite, Western-trained nursing team committed to the highest standards of luxury healthcare.

The Safety Uncompromising patient care requires a robust clinical safety net. To guarantee flawless medical delivery and prevent practitioner fatigue, all clinical duties are executed under a mandatory double-nurse shift system . You will never operate in isolation; a highly experienced peer will always be on shift alongside you.

Requirements

The Requirements

• Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

• Clinical Experience: 4+ years minimum of recent, high-acuity Acute Care background (ICU / ER / A&E).

• Language: Native or C1 proficiency in English.

• Professional Profile: Supreme clinical adaptability, unshakeable composure in high-stakes environments, and absolute discretion.
