£92.60 - £98 per day | Full-Time | Easter & September Starts

Are you a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Support Worker looking to make a real difference?

We are recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants in Cardiff to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in welcoming, well-supported schools.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting pupils who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in learning. Many have additional needs such as ADHD, autism, trauma, or attachment difficulties.

The Role

• Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Building strong, trusting relationships
• Using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
