Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualised support to students with a variety of additional needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and specialists to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, targeted lessons and activities
  • Monitoring student progress and documenting observations to contribute to assessments
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in an educational or care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
  • A relevant educational or teaching assistant qualification (or a willingness to obtain one)
