Purchase Ledger Clerk
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and address discrepancies.
Support the month-end and year-end financial processes.
Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.Profile A successful Purchase Ledger clerk should have: A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong numerical and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the property industry is advantageous but not essential.Job Offer Hourly pay between £14.00 and £17.00, depending on experience.
